We want you to love your NutriBullet experience, but if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your item within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. All returned products must be in their original packaging and include all accessories and documentation.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to locate your purchase and select the items you wish to send back.
Print Shipping Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your return is tracked correctly.
Pack Your Blender
Securely place the unit and all components into the original box to prevent damage during transit, then affix the shipping label to the outside.
Drop Off and Refund
Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once our warehouse inspects the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
